He has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering field including Chief Engineer in Detroit Board of Education since 1990. Successful management of staff and operations of boilers, turbines, auto-combustion control equipment, refrigeration equipment, dual air conditioning and heating units and other mechanical equipment has given him the steady ground for invention the steam cleaning methods for DetailXPerts car wash franchises. Emanuel Williams also has more than 20 years of business management experience including real estate, privately-funded transitional home for recovering addicts and a day spa and hair salon. After being inspired by his 8-year old son to wash cars with steam, being the inventor that he is, he immediately began testing steam pressures on different car finishes to find a solution. In 2004, he patented the steam cleaning method of washing cars. Emmanuel's dedication to helping others and improving the environment drove him to expand his professional detailing business through franchising.

Angela Williams, President, has worked in the financial services industry, sales and marketing, information and business management industries since 1992.  She earned an MBA in International Business, and a second Masters in Information Management from Syracuse University, as well as a BS in Accounting. Angela brings a wealth of business knowledge and experience, as her previous positions as a Director of Professional Services and Financial Systems Manager have given her a solid corporate foundation upon which to build. Angela Williams is a highly accomplished financial and information technology strategist with a proven ability to implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance financial operations and drive corporate initiatives. She excels at coordinating budgets, providing rapid turnaround, and supporting strategic planning. Her specialty is translating accounting needs into technical specifications. Skilled at building and managing teams with global savvy  that consistently exceeds expectation and deliver bottom line results. She is the perfect leader in an innovative company like DetailXPerts that leads the way in the professional detailing industry.
